Presidents day is also named Washington's birthday. Washington was born on February 22, 1732. I think it's good that we celebrate presidents day because without them we wouldn't be here. It's a very important because we should celebrate his birthday with honor. George Washington was a very patriotic person. He led an army to defeat his enemies and he also crossed a icy river. He deserves much more. We have to take the time and think of all his has done for our nation. George washington was a commander and chief of the Continental Army. he led in army for the revolutionary war. George Washington was also the first United States President and that is a big deal. He was president from 1789 to 1797. George Washington died in December 14, 1799.
