Student Success Statement

“Associate yourself with men of good quality if you esteem your own reputation; for ‘tis better to be alone than in bad company.” George Washington

What this means to me is that it is way better to be alone than with a bad crowd. Self love is much more important than anything else. Or you can be around successful people to be successful. If you hang out with bad people who smoke and do all sorts of drugs then you will do the same. If my bestfriend is trying to be successful then i would want to do the same. You can't hang around bad or failures. What you want to be apart of is what you are going to become.you should be around success because since success is around you then it's not a problem. You would already have the mindset to be successful, you wouldn't be thinking about bad things like drugs because they are detrimental. You want things to be beneficial to your life.
