To me that text or quote from Mark Victor means that if you set a goal then that goal you set has to be achived. if you want something then you will have to go get it. if you are gonna set a goal then you will have to make and reach that goal. you can miss out or not want it. if you really want it and is very important to you then go get it. if you had the time to think of what you want then why waist time? Set your goal and then go after for it. lifes to short to be afraid of taking risks.
