What this statement means to me is that if you are joyful and happy then things will go your way. If you are sad you wouldn't get things done. People should be happy and joyful because it makes other people happy has well. If someone sad the the feeling in the room is changes like if someone is sad no one can be happy because there is that sad vibes or energy in the room. Be enthusiastic and happy because it makes everything way better. If you have a lot of energy then people will think of you as a happy person. They would most likely want to be around you and not someone who is down and sad.
